During our city tour you will learn about the development that Bogotá, Colombia has had in terms of security and infrastructure since the beginning of the 20th century, we will share real stories of experiences and events in Bogotá and Colombia.
THE CANDLE.
The client will have the opportunity to visit the place where Bogotá was founded, this place has spectacular colonial architecture, where a historical legacy is preserved combined with a bohemian atmosphere on the tour you will visit; The Cultural Block (Botero Museum, Casa de la Moneda Museum, Luis Ángel Arango Library and Gabriel García Márquez Cultural Center).
BOLIVAR PLAZA
It is the administrative center, the epicenter of the activity of the powers and public bodies. This being the most important square in Colombia. Where the following palaces and attractions are located (National Capitol, Lievano Palace - Bogotá City Hall, Palace of Justice, Catholic Street and the monument to Simón Bolivar).

What To Expect

Gold Museum (Museo del Oro)
The Gold Museum of the Bank of the Republic of Colombia is a public institution whose purpose is the acquisition, conservation and exhibition of gold and pottery pieces from indigenous cultures of the pre-Columbian period of present-day Colombia, with more than 30,000 pieces made in gold, 20,000 of lithic objects, ceramics, stones and textiles belonging to the Quimbaya, Calima, Tayrona, Zenú, Muisca, Tolima and Tumaco cultures, among others.

Museo Botero del Banco de la Republica
The Botero Museum is located in La Candelaria, Bogotá's historical and cultural center (Colombia) (Calle 11, Carrera 4-41). It houses a large collection of works donated to Colombia by artist Fernando Botero with the intention of spreading the arts and culture in his native country. Of the works, 87 correspond to his personal collection of universal art and the rest, about 123 pieces, were made by the same artist.

Plaza de Bolivar de Bogota
The Plaza de Bolívar is the main square of the city of Bogotá and Colombia. It is located in the city center, between the Seventh and Eighth races with Tenth and Eleventh streets. Around it are some of the main buildings of the city: to the north the Palace of Justice, to the south the National Capitol, to the east the Metropolitan Basilica Cathedral of Bogotá and Primada de Colombia, the House of the Ecclesiastical Cabildo, the Chapel of the Sagrario of the Metropolitan Basilica Cathedral and the Archbishop's Palace and to the west the Liévano Palace, headquarters of the Mayor's Office of Bogotá, and to the southeast the Jesuit College of San Bartolomé (Bogotá). It was proposed as a National Monument of Colombia by resolution 51 of October 26, 1994 and declared as such by decree 1802 of October 19, 1995.

CASA DE NARINO
The Casa de Nariño is the official residence and main workplace of the President of Colombia. It is located in the historic center of Bogotá.

The Palacio de Nariño or the Carrera (as it was formerly called), was inaugurated on July 20, 1908 and built on the grounds of Antonio Nariño's birthplace, and was designed by the architects Gastón Lelarge and Julián Lombana.

Barrio La Candelaria
La Candelaria is the 17th locality in the Capital District of Bogotá, Capital of Colombia. It is located in the center east of the city of Bogotá. It covers the historic center of Bogotá. There the city was founded on August 6, 1538 and the first church was built. It houses the Plaza de Bolívar, which has on its eastern side the Primate Cathedral of Colombia. It is also an important tourist, educational and commercial center.
