Overview

In this Private Tour, we will get to see one of the most powerful places for our indigenous, the Muiscas: The Lagoon of the king of Guatavita. Know this spot where the Colombian legend of “El Dorado” was born.

We will be going a bit south to meet the Cundiboyacense plateau that connects us with one of the most important towns in Colombia: Zipaquira. We will have a great Typical “of the day” Colombian lunch, very typical from this very Colombian town.

Know the first Colombian wander: an impressive engineering piece where the Muisca culture, the catholic tradition and the modern advances will allow us to get in the deep mountain, going 180 meters inside. After coming out of the mine we will visit Zipaquira´s down town to get to know its colonial architecture and its squares that are surrounded by some of the national monuments.
